Different materials and various spaces, each indoor element helps the art gallery to exhibit art works in a better way.

Public space gives people a place to think and rest

Encosed gardens are the cores of the building, because they can gather people together and make communications happen

Skyline:The length of this development is about 473m,this design is a imitation of the local small hills, and the building stands next to the Wulunmu river ,these elements form a natural skyline.

Objective:1.All spaces can inetgrate to each other well. 2.Respect the local terrain character---small hills. 3.Use enclosed spaces to stop outside noises and other interferences.

Boundaries:Different sized enclosed spaces form numbers of boundaries to stop outside interferences but still can let people walk through them smoothly。

Various height of walls and buildings create interesting and dramatical l ight and shadows.

H o w e v e r s o m e s p e c i f i c exhibition rooms' and offices' lighting circumstances are carefully designed and under discreetly control.

Gardens:All garderns are traditional rectangular spaces, this helps generate rhythmical images.

Fo ld the f la t box can c rea te an in te res t ing attractive entrance.

Figure and ground study is a vital necessity for recognizing spaces through vision.
