Description:I’m Thibaut Lesueur and I’m studying at the French Univer-­

sity of Technology of Belfort Montbeliard in Mechanical en-­

gineering, industrial design and ergonomics.

In my last year of engineer university, I’m looking for an

internship from the 11th of february to the 27th of july.

This portfolio allows me to present all my individual and

Description:The fishing reel was realized in order to discover

many applications of CATIA V5 like modelling in

CAD (wireframe, surface and solid modelling,

parameter and variable modelling, product family parameter and variable modelling, product family

modelling, mechanism modelling: skeleton ap-­

proach).

We worked and modelized separately inside the

team project to improve collaboration design.

We merged all the pieces at the end to create

the fishing reel.

Description:The coffee maker project has been realized on The coffee maker project has been realized on

CATIA V5 during ergonomics courses. Thanks to

ergonomic analysis of several others coffee

makers and the analysis of the need, we desig-­

ned a new prototype easy to use with the possibi-­

lity to make individual and collective coffee. This

is the first prototype.

Description:The KENZO radiator comes from the aim to join The KENZO radiator comes from the aim to join

a famous brand with a banal object during my in-­

dustrial design courses. The object should have

the KENZO identity as if I was a KENZO designer.

This radiator warms little pillows inside of the

flower part that you can use everywhere like a

kind of kettle.

Description:The toy story project has been realized on the

software CATIA V5 R19. The aim was to mode-­

lize four characters with the tools Imagin &

Shape and Generative Shape Design only thanks

to pixar pictures.

We also designed the Andy’s room in order to

make realistic renderings.

Concerning me, I designed Mr Patatoes and ZIG

ZAG.

Description:The DIET project has been realized at the Univer-­

sity of Canterbury in New Zealand during my last

six months internship.

The DIET (Digital Image-­based Elasto-­Tomogra-­

phy) is a new non-­invasive approach to detecting

breast cancer.

The aim has been to design the second proto-­

type, it means the improvement of the comfort

for patients and the possibility to transport it.

I designed the prototype on Solidworks and I as-­

sembed all the pieces manufactured thanks to

the drawings.

Description:The helmet deliver is a concept realized on

CATIA V5. I was the project manager and the

aim has been to protect freebike users eve-­

rywhere.

When you rent a bike, now it’s feasable to rent a

helmet. You just need to select it on the inter-­

face.

When the device print your ticket, you scan it on

the helmet deliver and your helmet is available.
