90% of Project Management

Project Controls is the information booth of a Project. Our charter is to absorb and gather project data from multiple internal and external sources, refine it, filter it and ultimately communicate our analysis of it in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.

The state of NC requires that projects such as the 5 new solar power plants must be reported
to the state with documentation such as cost and schedule estimations with project
milestones.
HIPPA changes to the security rules for storing or transferring
patient information comply with national standards.
OCR/HHS expected to see compliance information from the projects including delivery dates with any variances to the
scope or schedule.
In 2015, the OCC changed requirements for loans in areas
having special flood hazards. These changes required system and documentation changes in multiple loan programs by the
required compliance date. Progress on project delivery had
to be reported with any variances to the scope and
schedule.

• What we do not want to be?
