which implies Tmax � 517 eV and a maximum daughter velocity of y � 1.86 3 1024c. In one mean life the daughtertravels, at most, 1.9 3 1022 Å before emitting the proton. None of the experimental results in this paper are affectedby these errors as the codes used to calculate the intrinsic shapes were correct. We thank F.
