EIN Application
In order to apply for your EIN you will need the following:
• Chapter/Faculty Advisor’s address• Chapter Address
Make sure you write out the whole thing: “The Grand
Chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa”
Enter your chapter’s address
OR your chapter/faculty
advisor’s address.
Make sure you enter your chapter or
colony name
Pick January of the current year, OR January of the following year,
whichever is closer.
Hit submit and you’re
done.
