Development Cooperation Encouraging children to play and explore
helps them learn and develop socially, emotionally, physically and
intellectually. Children's play involves exploration language
experimentation cognition development of social skills Children
learn how to behave by imitating the behavior of those closest to
them. As such, parents, teachers and caregivers need the knowledge

Development Cooperation Languages in Education The importance of
mother-tongue education A language disappears on average every two
weeks, carrying with it an entire cultural and intellectual
heritage. The protection of linguistic diversity is a challenge for
sustainable development. Languages convey knowledge and local
know-how, they are an irreplaceable tool for sustainability. 10
There exists a vital interaction between linguistic and cultural
diversity. The principle of equality of all cultures and languages
should be acknowledged.
