• Migration of data from Baan IV to Infor LN across all Trojan Europe locations • Creation of a new Infor LN-based company for Trojan UK • Implementation of a Global Operations Model for Trojan; a realignment of business processes • Implementation of a new Europe Financial Model across five operational reporting centers and one

master financial company (through rollup) • UK and German sites now have platform and version consistency with Valencia, California

(implemented previously)—all on Infor LN 10.5—allowing Trojan Technologies to operate in an integrated manner
