The Government Performance and Results Act of 1993 (Public Law 103-62)

• What: A law that provides for the establishment of strategic planning and performance measurement in the Federal Government

• Why: To improve the confidence of the American people in the capability of the Federal Gov’t

• How: By systematically holding Federal agencies accountable for achieving program results

• Provide training for PATH providers on SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, Recovery (SOAR) to ensure eligible homeless clients are receiving benefits
