All Aboard the TRQ Party Bus!!
September 21, 2019 Quilting on the Bayfront Erie, PA Exact times to be announced but the show hours are 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please Save the Date and plan to join the TRQ party bus to see the “Quilting on the Bayfront” quilt show in Erie, PA.
The cost for current members in good standing will be $20 which includes the bus and admission to the show; ….and, yes, that IS roundtrip. The bus will hold 56 people. Here is the information on the trip.
1) You must sign up and pay your $20 to Beth Conlin by August 1 to hold your seat. No exceptions please.
2) Current members in good standing will be given 1st priority 3) Overflow will follow the bylaw considerations, same as workshops 4) Non-members, guests may sign up on a waiting list. After August 1, any available
seats will be offered to those on the waiting list. The cost for non-members, guests will be $75*. (includes bus fare and show admission) *must be paid within 2 weeks of being notified of an available seat or seat will be given to the next in line.
5) As we are hoping for a ‘sold out’ bus; if you sign up….please be considerate and notify Beth ASAP if you are not able to attend so your seat can be given to someone waiting. Your $20 will only be returned if your seat can be filled.
Say thank you………….Quilt Show Chairwomen, committee members and quilt show volunteers who make this possible. (sign up to help!) Renee King for getting this organized. Beth Conlin for volunteering to handle the registration and finances. Ron & Sue Minkus for providing the funds for the trip from their VP budget.
