The hotel has four outdoor pools (one of them ‘adults only’) with different gardens and terraces where you can sunbathe, relax and enjoy stunning views, with the service of a 5 star hotel in Ibiza.
Our swimming pool and infinity pool are located in the rooftop. And our main family pools are in the ground floor, surrounded by the garden and featuring several types of sunbeds.

Oligo, with an impeccable Mediterranean style, offers a help-yourself breakfast buffet. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel in an airy space filled with natural light plus a large terrace, in which to enjoy a wonderful bio and healthy breakfast. Alabastro, in the hotel lobby, offers a varied menu to enjoy outdoor by the pool or indoors, with healthy dishes made with ingredients from the island including snacks, carpaccios, salads or fresh fish. At night, it has a more elaborate menu with delicious eclectic and international dishes full of energetic colours, which our Chef Emilio Galarza, blends perfectly with the Ibizan cuisine.

Our cocktail bar is located on the hotel’s rooftop and open daily from 10.30 am to 02 am, with a design that merges styles from innovative features such as pergolas boat rope to more local items such as Huguet ceramics floor.
Our suggestion to end the day is to taste one of our delicious cocktails while enjoying the sea breeze. An extensive menu that leaves no one indifferent for cocktails as special as the Ibiza Sling or the Romero y Julieta.
In addition, we have a wine menu chosen by our sommelier, with the best references on the island.

From July 15th and located on the hotel’s rooftop will be also Maymanta, the new restaurant with peruvian DNA.
Promising Chef Omar Malpartida arrives in Ibiza with his new restaurant that brings us a traveling kitchen in a spa-ce where you will find a mixed cuisine, with dishes such as the causa, the ceviche, oysters or the Amazonian patacón.
