RACE INFORACE RESULTS: Results will be published on the BHMW website and on social media shortly after the race. If you provided your mobile number during registration, you will also receive a text message with your official race time.
BAG DROP: Bag drop is in the Event Village. In your race pack you will receive your race number. At the bottom of your race
number is a Bag Drop Label. Tie your label to your bag as indicated. Your race number will correspond with the bag drop queue to drop your kit.

HYDRATIONImportance of Hydration
Optimise Hydration During the Race
Water Stations – Half Marathon Water Stations – 10K
One of two main causes of fatigue during prolonged exercise is a loss of fluid (dehydration). It’s important to practice and experiment when you take on fluids during your training program to enjoy your run and achieve your best.
Dehydration greater than 2% of your body weight (which in an average female is as little as 1.2kg) may result in a decline in performance and is a risk to your health and safety, so ensure you follow the advice below to optimise performance on race day.
Listen to your body and drink to thirst.
Try to avoid taking on large amounts of fluid throughout the race. Drinking little and often is a much smarter way to keep hydrated during the race.
There are three water stations on the Half Marathon course, (one of which you will pass twice) and 1 at the finish.
The water stations are located at 4, 7, 10, and 12 miles into the race.
If you require additional energy gels or sports drinks, please bring your own.
There are no water stations on the 10k course, only at the finish.
If you require water, energy gels or sports drinks, please bring your own.
