Family Access – How to Schedule a Conference with your Teacher
In your web browser address bar type in wayzata.k12.mn.us and click enter. At the district website, under Quick Links, click on Family Access.
Log in to Family Access and select the Teacher Conferences button on left.
Click on ALL CONFERENCES hot link to view list of classes and allow selection of (Select a Time) hotlink located under the STATUS column by each class.
The list of open time slots will then pop up allowing you to SELECT the time you want.
Then you will get a popup showing you the time you selected, which you should then SAVE. You will receive an email confirming the appointment.
Now when you look at your Teacher Conferences page, click on VIEW SCHEDULED TIMES and you will see the scheduled Conference Times, with Date and Time. You can also PRINT ALL SCHEDULED CONFERENCES if you wish. If you need to cancel the conference, (UNSCHEDULE), you can click on that until the schedule is final (about a day before the actual conference date.)
