Parent Portal Guide - IB Grades

When a parent logs in to Parent Portal this is the first screen they will see.

Please notice the names/links for each class. This allows parents to click on each class for information on assignments (if a teacher chooses to add this info.)

By clicking on a class name parents can view each assignment. They can click on a “+”

sign by the Description to

view more information

about the assignment as

shown.

Please note:

Not all teachers add each

assignment on Parent

Portal, however all teachers

record all Progress Report

and Report Card grades.

From the main screen, parents will click on “Grades” and then click on “Report Card History”

Parents will need to select the language next to “First Semester Grade Report” to view

their student’s report card.

This is an example of the report card that parents will see . Notice that they can view the

Overall Grade along with each criterion achievement level. Parents can also see their

student’s Citizenship and Work Habits grades along with any comments for each class.
