Duodo Palazzo Barbarigo is a stately residence located in the heart of the most el-egant part of Venice, a few steps away from Piazza San Marco and Rialto bridge. Already belonged to the no-ble family of Duodo Barbari-go, who between ‘500 and ‘600 gave a Doge in Venice and a Patriarch. The palace was originally used as a “ca-sino”, that is, according to the old Venetian tradition, a place of leisure where the aristocrats used to enter-tain themselves, talk, play... usually after the theater.All the rooms overlook a typ-ical Venetian canal and are extremely bright. Finishes and decorations of the inte-rior are original eighteenth century and give the house a unique charm and appeal.
