PACs Introduction

To look up patients: click on Picom Web or go to www.picomweb.com

Username is case specific, and password is ‘netra’

You can search for the patient in multiple ways

Must manually upload images to the PACS

• Click ‘End Exam’ when you are finished• Take the machine to the docking station (there

are only #2- first in EM1 and other in EM2, therefore the trauma machine must be brought to EM to upload)

• Click DiCOM Queue• All will upload when plugged in, unless you

choose specific images

Must manually upload images to the PACS

• Then plug in the ultrasound machine to the port using the ORANGE ethernet cord

• The images will automatically upload• Images should be uploaded daily so it does

not overload the memory (this is still a work in progress)

• When all images are uploaded, unplug orange cord and you are done
