Birth – 26

Early On – birth to 3 Elementary classrooms (Voyager) Middle School classroom (Highlander Way) High School classrooms (FC, Howell HS) Pathway Adult Transition

Continuum of Services…..

Pathway ~ students need medical care, have SCI, SXI eligibility

Adult Transition (Snider, Keck) ~ Students need adult support throughout the day, and will long term. Students have MoCi, ASD special education eligibility

Adult Transition (Carter, Prout, Rettino Sturm) Students need limited adult/natural supports

Continuum of Adult services….

Students gain the skills they need to be successful

Students leave when they are ready – regardless of age

Less emphasis on leisure activities Teach the skills, move the activities beyond the campus

Our Vision

• They come to us from the local districts (MiCi, MoCi, ASD eligibility)

• They have participated in LESA programming throughout their educational career

• Move in from surrounding counties.
