Our Product Range Guide
Hygiene through innovation
Pulpmatic Range
The efficient operation of the Pulpmatic macerators
translates into significant operating cost savings in terms of
staff time, and water and electrical consumption.
Dual Antimicrobial Action
The Pulpmatics use the latest antimicrobial materials
Microbesafe - silver nanotechnology in their lid construction
and offer automatic disinfection of the internal maceration
chamber. The chamber is rinsed thoroughly with water and
DDC’s disinfectant EcoCleanse leaving the chamber clean
and smelling fresh.
Environmentally Friendly
The Pulpmatic disposal system macerates recycled paper
products and with their short cycle
times reduce the volume of water
required, efficiently saving water
and electricity, helping to reduce
environmental impact.
Automatic disinfectionAll Pulpmatics have an automatic
disinfection option that will cleanse
the drum after each cycle to meet
EN1276 and EN13697 standards
eliminating spores of up to
99.999% of major HCAI’s
Easy Service Programme
We supply the most comprehensive after sales service
and support on all our products which is reinforced by an
extensive team of fully qualified engineers with a high level
of specialist knowledge. The combination of our GPS
managed service system and DDC’s extensive network
of strategically located service and installation engineers
means we are able to provide the very best response time
throughout the UK.
DDC Dolphin’s Pulpmatic range of machines offer a
complete macerator system for the disposal of medical
pulp. The range consists of the Pulpmatic Uno, Pulpmatic
Eco and Pulpmatic Ultima each designed to provide a
hygienic, safe disposal system for all disposable pulp
products. They also feature a unique hands free open
and close operation which greatly reduces the risk of
cross contamination.
Patented Hands Free Operation
Our Pulpmatic macerators are the only machines using
totally hands free technology offering patented completely
hands free operation by means of a footcup at the base
of the machine and a top mounted optical sensor to close
and start the machine. This makes the Pulpmatic range
of machines not only more convenient for the user, but
also more hygienic by reducing the potential for cross
contamination.
Efficient & Economical
Pulpmatics offer greater efficiency made possible by the
unique design features, including in the Pulpmatic Ultima
the nine-blade cutting system which allows faster and
quieter operation as well as a consistently smaller particle
size.
Why choose a Pulpmatic?

Incomatic Macerator
Patented Hands Free Operation
The Incomatic, like our Pulpmatic macerators, is operated
using our patented completely hands free open and
close mechanism by means of a toe cup at the base of
the machine and a top mounted optical sensor to close
and start the machine. This makes the Incomatic not only
more convenient, but also more hygienic to use than
other macerators and reduces the potential for cross
contamination.
Dual Antimicrobial Action
The Incomatic also benefits from latest antimicrobial
materials Microbsafe - silver nanotechnology in its lid
construction and offers automatic disinfection of the
internal maceration chamber. The chamber is rinsed
thoroughly with water and DDC’s disinfectant EcoCleanse+
leaving the chamber clean and smelling fresh.
Automatic disinfection

Panamatic Range
The Maxi Plus has a special rim flush facility which is
particularly useful for disposal functions. Both the Maxi and
Maxi plus are cold water fill, with the Optima 3 having the
added benefit of using hot and cold water.
Panamatic XL2, XLS and XLC
The Panamatic XL2, XLS and XLC are our front loading
pan washer and disinfectors, they incorporate modern
design concepts and the latest technological advances.
These highly advanced machines are designed to comply
with the latest European Standards (ISO 15883) and water
regulations, therefore guaranteeing a high quality product
with the highest hygiene and disinfection levels. The units
are fabricated from high grade stainless steel with pressed
rather than welded wash chambers to eliminate any
crevices where bacteria might linger. The XLS, our entry
level machine, is only available as a manually operated
appliance, whereas the XL2 and XLC are available as
manual or automated models which incorporate hands
free open, close and start functions. All Panamatics empty
automatically when the door closes and have a digital
display which shows programme selection, cycle stage and
temperature.
Panamatic Combis
Panamatic Combis combine a Panamatic with a stainless
steel sink unit complete either with wrist lever taps or taps
to HTM64 standard, work surface and lockable storage
cupboard. Combi sinks are available in a choice of single or
double door sizes and can be combined with any Panamatic
in the range. The modular design adopted makes it
possible to combine these units with any other product in
DDC Dolphin’s range, including Incomatic and Pulpmatic
macerators and Hygenex disposable hoppers to give a neat
and entirely uniform appearance to your
sluice room.
Automatic disinfection
Thermal disinfection complies with the very latest standards
and guidelines, including HTM2030

innovative, informed, and cost-effective approach.
Incorporating sluice rooms into the architectural de-

Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) policies. A
demonstrably integrative and rigorous approach is
required that meets the specific needs of the hospital
design in hand. Dolphin DDC pride themselves on
being able to supply all of the needs of design teams
