Apart from having beautiful �owers, dahlias are also edible! Marketed as “dahlia yams”, they have a range of �avours and textures, though not all dahlia tubers are palatable.

Fold the paper in half on each diagonal axis. Crease well and unfold.

Flip the paper over and fold in half.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 until you have 6 pieces, and stick all 6 pieces together to create a Dahlia.
