• PREPARATION FOR WRITTEN TESTS (ie. PRIMARY ROUND FOR EVERY INTERVIEW) WHICH CONSISTS OF BOTH TECHNICAL & NON-TECHNICAL SECTIONS
• GUIDANCE TO PREPARE FOR GOVT. EXAMS, RAILWAY EXAMS & BANK EXAMS etc.
• HOW TO PREPARE FOR GATE EXAMS AND VARIOUS ENTRANCE TESTS SUCH AS CAT, MAT, TANCET etc.
ROLE OF VOLUNTEERS• TO MAKE A SCHEDULE FOR EVERY WEEK WHICH CONSISTS OF BOTH
CLASSES & TESTS.• RESOURCE UTILISATION TIME – COMPREHENSION LAB• 3 DAYS PER WEEK & 3 PERIODS PER DAY.• 1 PERIOD – 45 MIN. SO 3 PERIODS – 45*3 = 135 MINS,
ie. 2 HRS 15 MIN.• THEREFORE CLASSES FOR 1 HR, TEST FOR 1 HR • INTERMEDIATE BREAK – 15 MIN• TESTS & CLASSES CAN BE INTERCHANGED BASED ON THE TOPIC. • WE CAN CONDUCT THE TEST FOLLOWED BY THE DISCUSSION CLASS
OF 1 HOUR, OTHERWISE FIRST CLASS OF ONE HOUR OF ANY TOPIC FOLLOWED BY 1 HOUR TEST OF THE SAME TOPIC.
ROLE OF CO-ORDINATOR
• EVERY FIRST DAY & LAST DAY OF A WEEK, A DISCUSSION MEETING MUST BE HELD WITH THE VOLUNTEERS OF BOTH THE CLASSES.
• FIRST DAY – PLAN FOR THE WEEK.• LAST DAY – STATUS UPDATE, REVIEW & FEEDBACK
RECEIVED FROM STUDENTS & STAFFS (BOTH TEACHING & NON-TEACHING)
• PREPARATION & MAINTENACE OF ALL BACKUPS CORRESPONDING TO THE PROGRAM
• TO WORK HARD FOR THE CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROGRAMME.

• LOTS & LOTS OF PAPER (ie. IN TONNES) ARE WASTED.• SO WE CAN SEGREGATE ALL THE UNUSED PAPERS FROM
THE ANSWER BOOKLETS & WE CAN RE-USE IT FOR THE TESTS WHICH WE INTEND TO CONDUCT IN THIS PROGRAM.
• THIS WORK CAN BE DONE BY THE VOLUNTEERS.• BY THIS WE CAN SAVE MONEY & TIME (MAJOR TIME – TO
GET PROPER PERMISSION & FINAL RESOURCES FROM THE MANAGEMENT)
GATE COACHING
• IN THIS PROGRAM WE ARE NOT GOING TO CONCENTRATE ON COACHING.

• SURELY IT IS A PROGRAM WHICH WILL BE A TURNING POINT IN HIS CAREER WHO HAVE ACTIVELY PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAM.
