Our Solutions
Our six key protocols, Emergency Management, Security, Environment, Asset Integrity, Occupational Health &
Industrial Hygiene and Behavioral Based Safety, offer solutions which exceed customers’ requirements.
• Safety Management Systems: A Gap Assessment of the customers’ SMS clearly identifies the risks.
This data allows our Subject Matter Experts to develop a thorough improvement plan for the customer.
• Wellhead Risk Assessment: Subject Matter Experts conduct a detailed wellhead assessment and
risk-ranking on the assets. This data is stored in a Wellhead Risk Assessment Program (WRAP) which can be
accessed by customers anytime and from anywhere.
• Emergency Response Plan: Subject Matter Experts review exsisting plans to identify gaps and develop
a plan which meets or exceeds legislation and industry best practices.
• Oil Spill Plans: After identifying exsisting gaps, Subject Matter Experts develop an oil spill plan in line
with best practices and legislation.
• Pipeline Risk Assessment: An overview of the integrity of all components of Oil and Gas pipelines and
a detailed report on corrective actions.
• Facility Risk Assessment: A detailed integrity analysis report of all Oil and Gas facility components
along with a complete plan of corrective measures.
• Quantitative Risk Assessment: Allow the risk to personnel, environment, installation and/or assets
associated with a particular activity to be estimated in absolute quantity.
• HAZOP/HAZID: HAZOP identifies hazards and operability problems occurring as a result of deviations
from the intended process. HAZID identifies all significant hazards associated with a particular activity.
• Blowout Contingency Plan: Establishes a process for responding to, and safely managing well control
emergencies.
• Physical Effects Modeling: This computer-based modeling of hazardous materials’ release and its
effects on the surroundings is critical for customers to plan for potential hazardous events.
Customer Testimonial
United Safety has worked in the Waha onshore oilfields since 2012. They have provided experienced and qualified personnel who are very skilled in rigsite safety activity, hazard recognition, and risk mitigation. During this period their work scope included: inspection during initial rig-up activity; ongoing monitoring/inspection during routine operations; addressing non-routine safety issues; training for the rig crew and supervisory field personnel to ensure HSE compliance; and assistance with incident investigation/reporting.
United Safety has shown much perseverance in their duties to improve our safety performance and been very attentive to the requirements for building a sustainable and modern safety culture. We have a relatively young/inexperienced workforce and the presence of their HSE Advisors has been invaluable for gaining the workers’ trust and convincing them to work safely.
