HVMwasestablishedasanEmergencyChildcareCenter(ECC)undertherulesandregulationsoftheEarlyLearningDivision(ELD)sincelateMarch.WeopenedourdoorstoanyandallFrontline/FirstResponders,followedbyEssentialWorkersofourownimmediateschoolcommunity.Wewerelistedwith211beforegettingourfirstcallinMay.HVMacceptsDHSandwasawardedslotstotoserveanyunderservedandmarginalizedfamiliesinourcommunitythroughPreschoolPromise(pending)sothatwemayalsoprovidecareforanychildrendisproportionatelyimpactedbyCOVID-19.
