To further improve our product’s quality and durability, we have developed a number of enhancement processes and technologies, unique to OOO ENERGOPROMPOSTACH. Our patented component treatment methods allow us to achieve superior performance of finished products, even in the most challenging environments.
One of the modern technologies we are proud to offer is Catalytic Gas Nitriding (CGN), which helps to drastically increase components hardness, abrasion and corrosion resistance. What sets us aside from the competitors is our unique nitride treatment technology, which allows us to shorten CGN process in 4 times while increasing its effectiveness in 5 times.
Other heat and thermo-chemical treatments we offer include: - Hardening, annealing, normalizing, tempering - Quenching by High Frequency Currents - Case-hardening - Nitrocarburization
In addition to heat and thermochemical treatments, we offer the following machining services:- Rolled metal cutting- Lathe work- Turning works- Milling, milling-boring and boring- Circular and centerless grinding - Marking parts by a shock-point marker
