Online Voting System for Mock Election

Process

• Mock Election Ballot will be available in Members account automatically from 22nd April 2018, 6 a.m to 23rd April 2018, 6 p.m.

• There is no separate link for Ballot

What a member have to do

• The member must enter their username & password in order to access the ballot

• Once the member enters their username & password, he has to click on ‘Ballot’ link from left hand side Navigation to see list of ballots

• Except members no one cannot view this Ballots, not even Admin

The ballot page

Ballot link will be available from 22nd April 2018, 6 a.m to 23rd April 2018, 6 p.m.

Ballot List

• On the ballot page, the member must cast his vote

• Example

– To vote for AAA for President post, click on box next to his name

• Example

– To vote for KKK, LLL and MMM for Jt Hon Secretary post, click on selection next to their names And so on, till selection is done for all posts in the ballot

• Once done, click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page

• After you click “Submit” there will be another level of authentication asked to confirm voting again where member can change/correct the votes and only after clicking “Confirm Voting” Button, the votes will be casted.
