Hello! My name is Oil Boy, and

this my life

Story...

When I first came into this world I

started off as a living thing. I was

broken down and covered by

sand, soil and dust.

Eventually I was surrounded by pressure and very high temperatures.

When the pressure hit me hard

enough, the sand and soil changed

into rock

And then, I started to reach a

high boiling temperature, so I

changed into a liquid called OIL!

Then companies drill through the

rocks and sand and suck me up

to the surface.

The largest oil producing company is

Saudi Arabian Oil co.

Then companies, such a BP and

ExxonMobil, transport me to dif-

ferent parts of the world, so peo-

ple can use it in their every day

lives.

OPEC is a company that makes

sure that I am divided up amongst

oil buying countries equally.

I am usually taken to the United

States, the country that uses the

most oil, to be used in cars and

other machines.

Regular- $2.09

Silver- $2.19

Ultra- $2.29

Then I am sold at gas stations, such

as BP, for $2.09 per gallon. I am sold

in gas form so that cars can be able

to drive.

I am also used in objects

that we use in our everyday

lives.

From brushing your teeth in the

morning to putting on your PJs at

night you use me. The average

person uses 2.8 barrels of me

everyday. Not including barrels of

me used in cars.
