Charles Schenck is arrested for violating the Espionage and Sedition Acts, he encourages people that are drafted to refuse to enlist, Supreme Court says that freedom of speech is not protected when the nation is at war

Led search for suspected Communist among immigrants and Union membership among other places

Two Italian born anarchist are accused of robbing a pay clerk, they are convicted on circumstantial evidence mainly because they are immigrants
