O365 INTUNE

iOS Enrollment

Find and click on your App Store to open it up.

Now click on Search at the bottom of the screen.

Now type in “company portal” into the search bar at the top and then click search.

You should now see the Intune Company Portal. Now click on “Get” to install the app. You may have to type in your iTunes username and password to download this depending on your settings.

Once it is finished installing, which could take a little while depending on your internet connection, it will now show “Open” where you clicked “Get”. Now click your home button to close out of the App Store so that you can see your home screen.

Now look for the Comp Portal app. It may be on a different screen so you may have to swipe until you find it. Once you have found it click on it to open it.

Once you have opened the Company Portal it will immediately ask you to sign in. The username will by your full email address. Type that in and click “Next”.

You will now be redirected to the Choctaw Nation sign in portal. Type in your password to your email/computer and click “Go” .

Now you will see a screen asking you to set up your email, Wi-Fi, and devices. Click on “Begin” at the top right.

The next screen shows what information the CNO IT Department can and can’t see on your mobile device. This is an awesome page as we are always getting asked just what all we can see and access.

This screen is just a brief message as to what the next few steps will be. Click “Next”.

The next screen will say download management profile and ask you to Allow or Ignore. Click Allow to continue.

It will now say Profile Downloaded. Clickclose and go to thedevices Home screen.

Now that you on your devices Home screen look for the Settings app. Go ahead and open it.

Scroll down until you find General. Click on it. Then scroll down again until you see Profile and then click it.

Now click on Management Profile

This screen is the start of installing the Management Profile that we push to your phone that contains the settings for your email and O365 apps. Now click on “Install” in the top right hand corner of the screen.

It will now pop up at the bottom of the screen asking you to Install. Click on Install.

The next screen is just a warning to alert you what all the profile can manage. Remember the screen that said what we could and couldn’t see? The personal data that it is talking about is the serial numbers and phone information. We CAN NOT see texts, calls, emails, calendars, passwords, or Photos. Now click on “Install” at the top right corner of the screen.

Now it will pop up asking you to Trust the remote management. Click on “Trust”.

It may take a couple of minutes to finish installing the Profile Management. Once it is finished you will need to click “Done” at the top right corner of the screen.

Now you will have to go to the Home screen and then reopen the Company Portal App.

You should now get two pop ups asking you to install Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft Outlook. Click Install on both.

If these pop ups don’t happen immediately that is fine. They will pop up in a few minutes. Just go to the next step.

Now back in the CompanyPortal App it will pop up requiring a cert. Click on Continue.

It will now ask you to help keep you device secure. Click Enroll Now.

On this screen click Continue to update the device settings.

Click Check Settings. At this moment it will check to see if the device is compliant. More than likely it will require a 4 digit pin to be setup on the phone if there isn’t one already.

Once you phone is compliantit will bring up this screen.Just click Done.

Now it will ask you to choose which category your device belongs to.

Now it will ask you to get notified so you don’t lose access. Click Ok then Allow.

Now go the devices Home page and find Outlook. Open it up.

Once Outlook is opened it will automatically detect your email account and ask to Add Work Account. Go ahead and click that.

It will then pop up and ask you to grant permissionsso that Outlook can export contacts from you email account. Click OK.

It will then ask for more permissions. Click OK again.

Now if you go back to the Company Portal you will notice in the middle and All Apps box. If you click on this it will open and have a list of supported apps for the organization and a few extras published by Choctaw Nation. Then if you scroll down you will also see contact information for the Choctaw Nation IT Department.
