3. ForHomeDelivery:

FullpaymentforthepurchaseorrentalofAcademicDress(includingdeliveryfee)mustreachNUSCoopby11June2015.Chequepayeenameis"NUSCoop".Pleasestateyourfullname,matriculationnumberandonlinereferenceno.behindthecheque.Aconfirmationemailwillbesentuponthereceiptofpayment.Timeslotswillbebasedonfirstcomefirstservebasisandthereforeissubjecttoavailabilityofslots.OurvendorwillcontactyouinJunetoconfirmthedateandtimeofdelivery.Undelivered packages will be returned to NUS Coop and can only be collected at University Cultural Centre during theCommencementPeriod.Fullservicechargesareapplicableforbothsuccessfulandunsuccessfuldeliveries.
