ABOUT INMMFor 61 years, the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management has promoted research and development in new concepts, techniques and equipment in the field of nuclear materials management. Members of the Institute participate in the advancement of effective nuclear materials management through technical and policy paper presentations, technical division and committee participation, and standards development.

SET UP/DISMANTLE Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall, Sunday, July 12, from 11 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All exhibits must be installed by 5:00 p.m. for the exhibit hall opening and reception. Exhibits will be dismantled on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 Noon – 2 p.m. Packing or dismantling of exhibit booths may not begin before noon on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR All decorating and exhibit furniture will be handled by GES. The exhibitor services kit outlines prices and instructions for securing special lighting, wiring, water, gas, telephone or other special work. The exhibitor services kit will be emailed to exhibitors by April 13th, and after that date upon receipt of booking.
CONFLICTING EVENTS POLICY
Exhibitors attending the INMM Annual Meeting will be required, as a condition of their participation, not to host conflicting events. Conflicting events are scientific, educational or social meetings of interest and relevance to INMM attendees (including but not limited to receptions, presentations, seminars or workshops) that are scheduled during the same time frame encompassed by the INMM Annual Meeting technical program and Annual Meeting social events. Should an exhibitor like to set up an affiliate event, please contact INMM Headquarters at meetings@inmm.org for more information.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to INMM in writing. If Sponsorship support or Exhibit booth is cancelled on or before June 5, 2020, all monies paid to date minus 15% of the sponsorship fee or $200 in cancelled booth fee will be returned to the supporter. Any supporter who cancels after June 5, 2020 will be responsible for the total cost. No refunds for cancellations after June 5, 2020.
