1. THIS DATA COLLECTION WAS PREFORMED ON 1-27-15 IN SUPPORT OF THE
DESIGN AND IS INTENDED TO BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
2. THE VERTICAL DATUM AT TBM 1 IS AN ASSUMED ELEVATION OF 100 FEET.
3. THIS IS NOT A PROPERTY BOUNDARY SURVEY, PROPERTY AND RIGHT OF WAY LINES HAVE NOT BEEN
DETERMINED.
4. UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE NOT EXAMINED OR CONSIDERED AS PART OF THIS EFFORT.
5. CONTOUR INTERVAL IS 1 FOOT.
CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
1. CALL FOR A PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING WITH THE PROJECT SPONSOR, CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR AND
LANDOWNER.
2. PERFORM CONSTRUCTION STAKING. CONSTRUCTION STAKING WILL BE PERFORMED BY WDFW or NRCS INSPECTOR
AND ENGINEER.
3. CONSTRUCT DEWATERING SYSTEM.
4. DEFISH PROJECT SITE , THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT. IF WDFW IS NOT AVAILABLE.
5. REMOVE EXISTING CULVERTS, COMPACT SUBGRADE, PLACE GEOTEXTILE, PLACE SPALLS, PLACE LEVELING COURSE,
PLACE FOOTINGS, PLACE ARCH ON FOOTINGS, GROUT, BACKFILL AND COMPACT, INSTALL HEADWALL AND WINGWALLS,
COMPLETE BACKFILL, INSTALL SAFETY DELINEATORS AND RIPRAP.
6. REMOVE DEWATERING SYSTEM FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF CULVERT, FOOTING, CHANNEL MATERIAL, HEADWALLS
AND WINGWALLS.
7. FINAL ROAD SURFACING
8. STABILIZE ALL DISTURBED AREAS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF COMPLETION. REVEGETATE AND REMOVE WASTE
MATERIALS FROM SITE AS APPROVED BY THE SPONSOR AND LANDOWNER.
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION NOTES
1. ALL PERMITS NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT THE PROJECT HAVE BEEN OBTAINED BY THE QUILEUTE TRIBE.
COPIES OF THE PERMITS SHALL BE MAINTAINED ON SITE BY THE CONTRACTOR AND MADE AVAILABLE
WHEN/IF REQUESTED.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH ALL PERMIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
3. THE ATTACHED NRCS CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIAL SPECIFICATION ARE PART OF THIS PLAN AND SHALL
GOVERN THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PROJECT.
4. THIS PROJECT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO THE LINES AND GRADES SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS AND
DETAILED IN THE CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.
5. MAINTAIN MINIMUM OF 5' OF CLEARANCE FROM TREES MARKED FOR PRESERVATION.
6. TREE LIMBING MAY BE NECESSARY ON THE TREES MARKED FOR PRESERVATION - HOW MUCH AND HOW WILL
BE DISCUSSED WITH THE CONTRACTOR AT THE SITE SHOWING.
