Requirements Notify to HSE certain information:

crane owner/lessor details;address of construction site;crane identification details;date of thorough examination (t/e);t/e carried out for whom? Details;did t/e reveal defects ‘reportable’ defects?

• 2010 – 11 plan shifts emphasis to on site visits with contractors

• Follow up work on design underway on early HSL results (wind)
