HELPFUL HINT

Changing your diet can be difficult and stressful. It’s easier when you start with small changes. Try eating foods similar to the ones you enjoy but that are low in sodium. Or add a vegetable or fruit to one of your meals.

Do this each day for a week. Then try it for a month. The key is to make small changes over time so you can adjust to new flavours and form habits that last.
