The core mission of No Longer Empty is

to widen the audience for

contemporary art by presenting high-

caliber, site-specific public art exhibitions.This presentation was first used as an intro to NLE exhibitions, but I’ve added a couple slides to the end of the presentation so that these ideas can be used at the end of a unit of study for an NLE show…where students extend the concepts of the organization into their own lives, creating projects that transform unused or under-utilized spaces in their own communities. No Longer Empty's (NLE) works to positively impact communities and community corridors with each of their exhibitions. NLE creates a welcoming and accessible cultural and educational hub where artists, educators, scholars and the public come together to create and experience art.
