The MissionLeveraging the power of non-profits, businesses and individuals to provide crucial educational experiences that help educators and families round out the equation for life and work-ready youth in Barbour County, AL.

This collaboration allocates resources to teach and document the success of character, confidence, competence and accountability education - with the shared goal of measurably improving child, community and country.

The Means by which WE achieve the RevivAL1) Donate engaging teaching tools

2) Train teachers, volunteers and mentors

3) Provide energetic & aspirational kickoff events

4) Bring Educational infusions: In class, In community

5) Facilitate emotional graduation/celebration events

6) Measure results via individual Student Portfolios

Enrichment programs from participating

organizations allow educators to teach beyond the

test. The RevivAL donates tools, trains teachers,

provides volunteers & mentors, and orchestrates

meaningful events at kickoff, mid-point & graduation.

Providing volunteers and training teachers to easily implement these crucial infusions amidst their already-busy days.

Educational performances feature high-energy theatrical,

musical and video to engage students and community in

the crucial lessons that will be taught following the

events.

Events that engage, generate awareness & pave the way for learning and aspiration in & out of class.

Honoring Heroes & Rallying Community

These educational infusions help schools teach civics, character, financial literacy, career development, history and what it means to be a hero in your school, community, state and country.

With the help of volunteer / mentor organizations, students begin

a self-assessment / portfolio / resume that travels with them from

year to year. This portfolio documents accomplishments and goals

while laying a plan for each student’s success.
