• Connect it to existing working structures
• Make use of competencies in your organisation
• Build on personal preferences• Choose simple instruments• If necessary build in training phases • Don’t be boring: Use a variety of
instruments

• Make a realistic calculation concerning necessary time and resources
• Provide time for negotiations of the process
• Make sure you can integrate your evaluation into the daily routine
• Provide for quick feedback• Choose instruments that are easy to apply

• Make sure you stick to the ethical code when collecting data
• Don’t use results to denounce people! (Results should be intellectually transparent and emotionally digestible)
