Recent Developments NYSED
ACCES will not set a New York specific minimum pass score on the TASC readiness assessment until New York specific data has been reviewed
Minimum passing rates for students officially referred to the TASC test will not be set, nor will program specific passing rates trigger corrective action
Program passing rates will not be reported on the annual NYSED report card, but will be informally shared with programs
So…..
Follow Up Outcomes is still included in the scoring rubric…
However:
GED /Secondary Credential will not be included in the Rubric for FY14 and FY15 as the state adjusts to the new HSE test
However:
Therefore, the remaining 3 outcomes will weigh heavier into
the 69% benchmark
So if we go back to the Summary Page, in FY14 & FY15:
Follow Up Outcomes will include: • Employment• Retain Employment• Enter Postsecondary Education
or Training
