Each year the library received about 90 periodicals, abstracts of dissertations, research papers, audio and video materials on various subjects. Documents presented in electronic media databases on CD-ROM (colorful encyclopedias, dictionaries, textbooks, multimedia tutorials). There are 2 computer rooms with modern facilities and internet access, including Wi-Fi access point.

The Komi republican academy of state service and administration is the official Training Center as part of System for training, support and maintenance of local government.

Academy provides complex training and retraining for municipal employees, members, elected officials of local governments, as well as subsequent support and maintenance (examination and counseling) to their current activities.

science, humanitarian and socio-economic, general and special subjects, thus ensuring a high level of teaching disciplines.
