Network Access on Apple iOS

Configuration of iOS Devices on eduroam network

iOS Network Access Configuration

• Begin by selecting the Settings icon on your iOS Device

iOS Network Access Configuration

• If you have previously connected to eduroamor csus-guest, please remove both networks before proceeding. If this is your first time connecting to eduroam, you may skip to Connecting to eduraom

• Tap the Wi-Fi categoryon the left-hand pane

• Tap the blue encircled“i” on either eduroamor csus-guest to displaythe network status

• To remove the network, tap Forget This Network

• You will be presented with a confirmation notification, tap Forget to continue

• You may also need to remove the device profile certificates

• In Settings, tap on General in the left hand pane

• Tap Profiles to view the device profile certificates

• You will need to remove both “ClearPass…” and Device Enrollmentprofiles

• Tap on the profilesto show the options

• Tap on Remove Profile

• You will be prompted for your device passcode or finger print, input to continue

• Tap Remove to finish removing the profile

• Connecting toeduroam

• In Settings, tap Wi-Fi, and then on eduroam

• You will be asked to input a username and password, please use your fullUniversity email address and your 12 (or more) character password, tap Jointo continue

• Please tap Trust to complete
