This book is a compilation of available teachings of H.H.Swami Purushottamananda(1879-1961) of Vasishtha Guha, Himalayas, India which his devotees received from him orally and through his letters.His method of scriptural teachings was indeed unique. It was generally through Silence. He used to say that the "Silence is the best speech". He was opposed to publicity and used to maintain that "I wish to live unknown and die unknown".
