● Career Clusters are based on the information obtained by the Career Interest Profiler (CIP). Students are to choose at least one Career Cluster or Pathway and save that information in Favorite Careers.

Assignment 3: Game Plan

● Game plan is a series of questions that will help students and their counselors develop a game plan to achieve goals set for after graduations that are best suited for the individual student.

Junior Year: 11th grade

Assignment 1: Junior College Search

● Students are to complete a college search prior to meeting with their counselors for their individual college planning session.

Assignment 2: Initial Junior College Planning Session

● Students are to make an appointment with their counselors in the spring for their initial college planning session.

Assignment 3: Brag Sheet

● The Brag Sheet allows for the students to have involvement in the letters of recommendations that the counselors will write by completing a brag sheet survey, which is found in Family Connection under the About Me section.

● One final college search should be completed before meeting with the student's counselor senior year.

Assignment 2: Senior Meeting with Counselor

● Counselors will set up appointments with students to finalize a comprehensive list of colleges to which they intend to apply.

Senior Year: 12th grade continuedAssignment 3: FERPA Waiver● A completed FERPA Waiver and the students Common Application

information must be provided in order to send out electronic documents to colleges/universities.
