Guest of OneRaymond BriorGuest Services received a call from Ski Patrol notifying us that there was an injured guest and they were struggling to find

transportation for the guest to the hospital. Raymond Brior came in prior to his evening shift to get a Smuggs’ vehicle and transport this guest.

Kevin SommersThere were guests booked to attend the winery tour that was part of the Maple Fest and transportation was unable to trans-

port them to the location. Kevin borrowed one of the Smuggs’ vans and drove the guest to the tour. Two hours later he then went back to the winery to pick up the guests and return them to the resort.

Aidan Potter & June PackardA long-time regular guest got injured skiing. Aidan stayed with the kids and made dinner for them while the mother (accom-

panied by her husband) went for medical treatment. June made a birthday cake for Maya, the daughter.
