Terms, Process & Conditions

PROCEDURE

1. Lie coaching is a latest profession internationally recognized, whose basic aim is to help people to improve their personal and professional life, and to solve human problems who are emotionally, mentally, physically, psychologically, socially or behaviorally upset/ worried/ depressed/ stressed.

2. Your clear and vivid goal/purpose with this coaching is the most important factor for a successful coaching process/result. Write CLEARLY and SPECIFICALLY at least one goal (and not more than three) that why you are here to join life coaching sessions.

3. Life coaching is not a quick fix or a magic stick. It works on natural laws and nature takes its time. It means, a coachee/client must wait for required duration to get the desired result/s.

4. An experienced and sincere life coach tries her/his utmost effort to solve client`s problem from the root. So, if it is, the instant change could not be recognized easily by the client. Make a journal/note book where you may write your exercises and points given by the coach. You should also note/record your coaching process.

5. Sometime, a coachee hesitates to write. Remember, you must have the courage to face your weaknesses and to take the responsibility to improve your life. No doubt, you are the drive or your life.

6. There is no success or failure, only feedback. The change and improvement is the result of client`s action/s. The coach only guides what is the best possible solution/ action/ behavior to solve the existing problem. Such as a sport coach does not play on the ground, but guides his players how to play better. Teacher teaches, coach coaches.

7. We, at Kamyaby Center, recommend 13 in-depth coaching sessions for three months. This period is a key duration practiced globally to bring effective change in one`s life. Everything in the universe has been created in cycles by Allah. When a person got sick, s/he completes a cycle of negative energy that encircles her/him in a problem or disease. During life coaching, a new cycle of positive energy starts to shape, while old negative energy cycles begins to demolish. That is why, it is necessary to complete 13 sessions as per schedule.

PAYMENT

8. All payment/charges have to be made in-advance by cash, cheque or any cell phone service.

9. There are two types of payment:

a. 1) Normal session-by-session payment.

b. 2) In-advance onetime payment. By choosing in-advance payment option, YOU CAN AVAIL 25%

DISCOUNT (for 13 sessions in 3 months).

10. The coachee can avail 13 coaching sessions during one month (30 days) to four months (120 days) from the date of in-advance payment. In any case, if you don’t contact or complete 13 sessions in this period, you will not be facilitated after this period.

11. If you contact after 4th month and before ending 12th month from the date of payment, you will have to pay 33% of the total existing charges to restart coaching sessions.

12. After 12 months (from the date of payment), the coachee could not avail one-on-one coaching sessions. In such case, if you want to restart your life coaching session/s, you will have to pay full charges for life coaching sessions.

13. If you enroll in a course (in class / online) and couldn’t participate in it, you have 4 months (120 days) to rejoin and restart this course. In any case, if you don’t contact or complete the course in this period, you will not be facilitated after this period. You will have to pay again

for the course. If this course (in which you enrolled) is not held during next 120 days, you can choose and join another course during 120 days.

14. All payments are non-refundable, but the payer can subscribe KD or avail other products/services by KD/KC. (conditions applied)

COMPLAINT

15. If you don’t feel any change, or have any complaint about the service, please inform your coach freely. If you don’t discuss your condition, the coach won’t be able to solve it. It’s morally good for you to inform your coach about your present condition thoroughly.
