Have a suggestion, question or problem? Call us! We listen and try our best to implement

improvements, take corrective actions and make changes to processes and procedures that improve

employee safety, satisfaction, and customer service.

Listening to our employees

MTSi management listens to feedback from our employees. Our

benefit plans are a perfect example. Employee feedback drove

the benefit improvements that were introduced during the last

open enrollment period in September including:

Addition of two Health Savings Account Plans

Simplification and improvements to the PPO Health Plan

Addition of optional Short Term Disability coverage

Improvements to optional life insurance for employees

Addition of optional life insurance for employees’ spouse

Addition of optional life insurance for employees’ children

Recent employee quotes:

“I first started working for McDaniel Technical Services in 2007.

Since then I’ve worked for them almost exclusively. Their field

service, payroll, and safety / OQ people have always been really

easy to work with, and very helpful. Getting paid for overtime

time is nice, and I know I don’t have to worry about dealing with

any surprises at tax time. Thanks MTSi!” - Marty Stevenson,

Assistant Chief / Lead Inspector

“I’ve known and worked with Dustin McDaniel since his days at Williams. I can say from personal

experience, that Dustin and and his staff at MTSi are committed to paying their inspectors fairly, and to

providing valuable benefits. I have a choice of health care plans and get a company match on my 401k

contributions. I’d encourage others to look at MTSi…I’m glad I did.” – Joe Hunt, Chief / Lead Inspector

The Commitment to Safety MTSi is serious about safety. We are constantly re-evaluating and improving our safety programs to insure that we are doing everything within our power to promote and insure workplace safety. Most recently, MTSi developed and is in the process of rolling out a Safety Award program to recognize those individuals that take charge to improve safety. Employees that contribute Safety Condition Observation Reports, complete all corrective actions, complete all MTSi required safety training and consistently adhere to all safety requirements are eligible to receive the MTSi Safety Award. For more information on the safety program, or if you would like a copy of our latest monthly safety topic “Same Old, Same Old”, please call or e-mail Ron Hickman - Sr. VP, HSE @ (918) 294-1628 or r.hickman@mcdanieltsi.com “The real enemy of safety is not non-compliance but non-thinking.” - Dr. Rob Long

Not getting as many resume

responses to as you anticipated? Randy Miller, MTSi’s VP of Field Services, has

been recruiting and placing a wide variety of

personnel since 2000. He offers these 4

quick tips when preparing your resume: 1) Be honest! Your work history will be

checked. Falsifying your resume will ruin

your reputation and cost you your job.

2) Check it, check it, check it! Spelling and

grammar errors may be a sign of laziness,

and lack of attention to detail.

3) List your employer! Who you worked for is

as important as operator or project name.

4) Details please! A title is not enough.

Describe the project (mileage, diameter, etc.)

as well as your responsibilities.

If you have resume related questions or need

additional guidance, please contact:
