“As you all may be familiar with, from Thurs-
day the 23rd to Saturday the 25th November 9
students including myself participated in the
RACV energy breakthrough challenge.”
“We placed 53rd in our first race and com-
pleted 287 laps.”
“For anyone wanting to try out for the team
next year, I would highly recommend it. You
will need to be committed to hours and
hours of fitness training, bike training, prepa-
ration for the presentations and not to men-
tion raising sponsorship for the event. It
sounds like a lot of work, but getting to
Maryborough and racing against all those
other schools and meeting new people was
something I will remember forever. On behalf
of the very first Moreland Night Riders team,
we leave you this legacy”
