• Canadian Forces Personnel Family Support Services (CFPFSS) = Morale & Welfare (MW)
• Responsible for:
– administering Non-Public Property on behalf of the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS)
– Delivering selected public morale and welfare programs, services, and activities to eligible members and their families on behalf of the Chief of Military Personnel (CMP)
• 5000+ employees on bases/wings/units and HQ in Ottawa ensure that the Defence team receives the MW services they deserve.

Fitness for Operational Requirements of CF Employment
1. Sand bag lift std: 3 min 30 s30 consecutive lifts of a 20 kg sand bag to a height of 91 cm, alternating between left and right sand bags separated by 1.25 m.
2. Loaded shuttles std: 5 min 21 sComplete ten 20 m shuttles alternating between a loaded shuttle with a 20 kg sand bag and unloaded shuttles, for a total of 400 m.
3. 20m rushes std: 51 sStarting from prone, complete two 20 m shuttles sprints dropping to a prone position every 10m, for a total of 80m.
4. Sand bag pull std: completeCarry one 20 kg sandbag and pull four on the floor over 20m without stopping.
