Contemporary are designed for today's lifestyles withhuge windows and large, open spaces by modernmaterials such as glass, iron and concrete.
Modern Architecture became linked to a certain genre ofbuilding and thus over time wasn't really 'modern'anymore. Thus Modernism is differ because it suggests acertain style, not simply a 'contemporary' or 'current'construction.
Contemporary architecture is also applied to a range ofstyles of recently built structures and space which areoptimized for current use.
