Step 1 – Download / Installation – 15-20 minutesEASY – Send you customers to your web site or www.mpginc.com and downloadPerformance Navigator (5.8MB). Self-extracting file installs the PC componentand guides the user through the installation of the 400 components.
If customer has PM/400 installed, PerfNav will have instant access to 90 days ofhistorical performance data (PM/400). Otherwise, PerfNav starts the performancecollection services (7x24).
Step 2 – Retrieving Data – 3-5 minutesEASY - From the File/SOS menu, just highlight your system name, fill-in theemail screen and click send.
Step 3 – Analysis – 15 minutesMPG analyzes the data and emails the results to the sales rep. Although there arehundreds of graphs, the following are the basic set.
