INTRODUCTION

• Micmar Construction was founded during 2001 and registered during 2008 mainly because the expansion of the business . During these operative years we were mainly involved in Pretoria more specific in the Eastern suburbs of the city . Building residential and commercial buildings are our main operations and then we are involved in renovations and additions.

• After being involved in this industry for thirty two years keeping in mind that Micmar Construction is a well established family business , we have expertise with no bounds to offer

• We are a well diisciplined functional construction company , doing work across borders and anywhere in South Africa

POLICY

• Our main goal is to offer a cost effective and sustainable service to clients .

• My aim is to offer my clients cost – effective building solutions that are sensitive to their lifestyle , their building site and budget

• I believe that joyful buildings are the end result of good communication with the client together with good workmanship aimed at adressing the client’s needs

EMPLOYEES

• In our team we have a wide variety of well experienced artisans . Most of the workers have been working for the company since 2001 . The working force consist of seven foreman , twenty nine artisans and thirty workers. The field which the artisans cover are builders , carpenters , cabinet carpentry , plumbers , tilers , painters , plasterers and roofing .
