Workshop Overview:ThisworkshopispresentedasapartnershipbetweenAMCTOandMFOA.Relevantfinancialmanagementreportingisacriticalcomponentinassessingperformanceandsuccessofmunicipaladministration.Increasingly,councilsaretighteningpursestringsandexpectingthatstaffmanagetoapprovedbudgets.Aswell,thereisanincreasedfocusonnon-financialindicatorsincommunicatingeffectiveandefficientuseofmunicipalresources.Thisworkshopwillhelpyouunderstandtheneedforrelevantfinancialmanagementreportinginyourmunicipalityandprovidesomeinsightintohowyoumaybeabletobetterutilizeexistingreportingtoenhanceyourfinancialmanagementprocesses.
