Order Form

• Secure the completed Merchandise Order Form and payment (check or exact change, please) in a sealed envelope

• Label the front of the envelope with the student name, teacher name, and “Harford Glen Merchandise Order”

• Pack the sealed envelope in the backpack you are bringing to Harford Glen

Upon Arrival at Harford GlenWhen you arrive at Harford Glen, a staff member will collect the envelope.
