A CMS is a tool that enables technical and non technical staff to create, manage and finally publish a variety of content, while being constrained by a set of rules that ensure coherent, validated electronic content.

E- learning:• Technology supported education/learning,

medium of instruction is through computer technology

“pedagogy empowered by digital technology”

• E- learning and blended learning• Growing usage in education and training

of employees

• or by using independent Web 2.0 tools like fora and blogs

• Family of Web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works – blog or forum entries, news headlines etc.

• Keep readers up to date quickly from favoured websites

• Checks the user’s subscribed feeds regularly for new work, downloads updates and proviedes a user interface
